How does the program work?

This program is broken down into a few sections to customize the appropriate approach for your specific needs. We recognize that every cat is unique and each situation is different. When you set up a behavior and wellness consult you can expect the following:

  • An in person consultation to discuss the situation, take a tour of the home, spend some time with the cats, and talk about options going forward. Depending on the situation, in person training may begin at the consultation.

  • A comprehensive written action plan tailored to your cat and their needs. The action plan will outline the topics covered during the consultation and next steps. This may include links to specific training articles/videos, step by step guidelines, products for your kitty and more.

  • One on one mentorship via text/email/phone as the action plan is put into place, troubleshooting, course correcting, and offering guidance as needed.

  • A one month progress check in. (check in time is approximate based on cats progress and needs)

*Note some cats or situations may require additional in person visits for training sessions, one on cat sessions, or environmental assessments.
